Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made through Kerala Mega Lottery (the "Platform"). Please read carefully — lottery tickets are time-sensitive products and have special rules.
1. Non-refundable nature of lottery tickets
Because lottery tickets are drawn at scheduled times and become part of an immutable draw, purchases of lottery ticket packages are generally non-refundable once confirmed. By purchasing a ticket package you acknowledge that the tickets are time-sensitive and that draws proceed without delay.
2. Limited exceptions
In limited circumstances we may refund or cancel an order, such as when:
- A duplicate charge occurs and is verified;
- A technical error on our end prevents completion of the purchase;
- We are unable to deliver purchased tickets due to operator issues;
- Other exceptional situations determined by the Platform in our discretion.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our support team through the Contact page or the support email listed on the Platform. When submitting a request, include your order number, transaction ID, date of purchase, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Refund processing
Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method where possible. Timing for receipt of funds depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days. Refund amounts may be subject to deductions for third-party processing fees where applicable.
5. Payment disputes & chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer (a chargeback), please notify us and provide relevant information so we can investigate. Unwarranted chargebacks may be defended and may result in account suspension or other remedies. You should try to resolve issues with us directly before initiating a chargeback.
6. Erroneous charges
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support promptly. We'll review the transaction, coordinate with our payment processors, and take corrective action if an error is confirmed.
7. Cancellations
Because of the time-sensitive nature of draws, orders that have been confirmed and assigned to a draw cannot generally be cancelled. If an order is still pending and not yet processed by the operator, we may be able to cancel it. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel an order.
8. Account suspensions
If your account is suspended for suspected fraud or other violations, we may hold funds and orders pending investigation. If a refund is approved following an investigation, we will process it in accordance with this policy.
