Kerala Mega Lottery is an online platform that enables users to browse, purchase lottery ticket packages, view draw results, and claim winnings where applicable. The Platform connects buyers to authorized ticket distributors and provides digital services such as PDF tickets, QR code payments, and purchase confirmations.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in lotteries in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

When you create an account you agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your account credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Purchases made through the Platform are purchases of lottery ticket packages. Ticket availability, draw dates, and package details are described on the product pages. Prices shown include the Platform fees where indicated. All sales are final except as described in Section 6 (Refunds & Cancellations).

We accept payments via the payment methods listed on the checkout page (for example, through integrated QR payments). Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors; your card or wallet provider's terms may apply. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for all fees and taxes due. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Because lottery tickets are time-sensitive and draws proceed without delay, orders are generally non-refundable once confirmed. We may, at our discretion, issue refunds or cancellations in limited circumstances (for example, duplicate charges or technical errors). Any refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

Draw results are authoritative as published by the official lottery operator. We provide results and winner listings for convenience; however we do not control the official draw process. Prize claims are subject to the official lottery's rules and verification processes. Winners are responsible for complying with claim procedures and providing any requested identity documents.

Prizes may be subject to taxes and statutory deductions. You are responsible for complying with local tax laws and reporting any winnings as required by law. Where the Platform is required by law to withhold taxes (for example TDS in India), such amounts will be deducted from the prize before disbursement. Additionally, please note that if the winning amount is more than ₹10,00,000 (10 Lakhs), no platform charges will be applied; however, if the winning amount is less than ₹10,00,000, applicable charges will be applied.

All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, and software) is owned or licensed by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute such material without our prior written consent, except as permitted by these Terms.

If you post or upload any content (reviews, messages, feedback), you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content in connection with the operation of the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You must not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to defraud others, to provide false account information, to harass or abuse others, or to interfere with the Platform's operation. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

The Platform may link to third-party websites (payment processors, social networks, or official lottery operator sites). Those links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER THE PLATFORM NOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide notice on the Platform or via email prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
